Presenting our project

On April 29th, we proudly presented our project Smart Seat in Ghent, as part of our thesis work. Our concept — an adaptive driver seat that adjusts automatically based on the user’s profile — was developed by our team.

We showcased our simulation and our 3D printed seat to demonstrate how comfort and safety can be improved in car-sharing vehicles through personalised seating. The feedback we received was very positive, with strong interest in both the technical execution and its real-world potential.
